Frequently Asked Questions About FÜRSTENBERG
Here are some of the most common questions our clients ask about our FÜRSTENBERG collection.
Fürstenberg was founded in 1747 by Duke Carl I of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel. It holds the prestigious title of being Germany's second-oldest porcelain manufacturer that still operates at its original founding site—the historic Fürstenberg Castle in Lower Saxony. Over the centuries, it has pioneered major advancements in porcelain artistry while maintaining its strictly handmade traditions.
Every piece of FÜRSTENBERG porcelain has been stamped with the iconic blue "F" beneath a crown. This hallmark is a globally recognized seal of authenticity, guaranteeing that the piece is genuine hard-paste porcelain crafted to the highest quality standards in Germany.
Amiramour offers complete flexibility. You can invest in a comprehensive 30-piece or 16-piece dinnerware set for a fully matched table, or you can purchase individual items—such as a single Paraiso coupe plate or a Carlo Este soup cup—to mix and match with your existing tableware.
Because these vases often feature pristine white or matte finishes and can be quite tall (up to 57cm), they should be cleaned by hand. Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid using hard sponges, which could leave micro-scratches on the porcelain's flawless surface.
