It's the time for weddings, parties, meeting old friends. The buffets are dressed and the tables veiled in majestic white cloths pulled tight at each corner...

In order to maintain their lustre over time and make them easier to care for, Le Jacquard Francais apply a stain-resistant treatment to some of their items that prevents liquids from being absorbed. When you spill a liquid on a stain-resistant placemat, quickly and lightly dab it with a damp sponge so that the fabric is not stained. This protective film, invisible to the eye and touch, lasts for about 10 machine washes and reactivates with ironing.
To limit the shrinkage of cotton in the wash, Le Jacquard Français applies the specific Irretrex treatment which minimizes the reactions of natural cotton fibers in the wash. Our cotton remains stable over time and our fabrics retain their proportions over time to give you complete satisfaction.


*Washable at maximum 60 °C / 140 °F. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron at a maximum soleplate temperature of 200°C / 392°F (3 dots). No professional dry cleaning. Normal professional wet cleaning.
